Stability

Ultra-Lyte^® has an extended shelf life and is effective up to 12 months. Other super-oxidized waters are only stable for a few hours because they are manufactured with old-fashioned power supplies and electrolytic cells that are of mediocre quality. As a result, free available chlorine in the liquids is unstable and easily evaporates from the liquid, causing an immediate strong chlorine smell and making storage and transport not feasible.

For purpose of “Data Requirements for Registration” U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 58, Ultra-Lyte^® sample UL-01 (>60 days old) ready to use in the presence of a 5% fetal bovine serum organic soil load, demonstrated efficiency against Staphylococcus Aureus and Salmonella Enterica as required by the US EPA and Health Canada for general or broad-spectrum disinfectant claims.
